Where's my order?
A tracking number is provided for every physical order. Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a link to follow your package.
How to track
- Open your shipping confirmation email from ModexLabs.
- Click the tracking link, or paste the tracking number into the carrier's website.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery of 7–20 business days. Allow a few days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
Digital Books
Digital Books aren't shipped — your secure download link is emailed to you instantly after purchase. If you can't find it, check your spam/promotions folder.
Tracking not updating?
If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days, email us at support@modexlabs.me with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
