Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times — physical products Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the item; many orders arrive sooner (see the estimated delivery time shown on each product page). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as transit can be affected by carriers, customs, or peak periods.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout. Select products ship free, or qualify for free standard shipping once your order reaches the threshold set for that product — see the details shown on each product page.

Digital products (PDF books) Digital items are delivered instantly via a download link after purchase — no shipping is required and no shipping fees apply.

Order tracking A tracking number is provided for every physical order. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days, email us at support@modexlabs.me.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or doesn't arrive, contact support@modexlabs.me within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. (See our Refund Policy.)

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrectly entered address.
