What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards along with popular local payment options through our secure, encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly (within 1–3 business days), so please email support@modexlabs.me as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of ordering — and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on your location and the item. Digital Books are delivered instantly (see below).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Select products ship free, or qualify for free standard shipping once your order reaches the threshold set for that product.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is provided for every physical order. See our Track Order page, or read our full Shipping Policy.
Digital Books
How are Digital Books delivered?
Instantly. After purchase you'll receive an email with a secure download link — no shipping required and no shipping fees apply.
I didn't get my download link.
Please check your spam/promotions folder first. Still missing it? Email support@modexlabs.me with your order number.
Are Digital Books refundable?
No. PDF books and digital downloads are non-refundable, as they're delivered electronically.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Physical items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved we'll send you a return shipping label. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
